Look across the street before you fill up. People in Whitefish Bay did that and they saved $0.15 a gallon. But the guy charging $3.79 says he didn't have a choice, he had to raise his price.

The guy doesn't have a choice. Gas stations DONT MAKE MONEY OFF OF GAS. The minimum mark up doesnt even exist because the state doesn't enforce it.
