I have debated over the past several weeks when to post an offer I would like to extend to soldiers who have completed their rotations or are on leave this coming summer. Part of me thought I should hold out until this spring. However, I have no sense of how many takers I will get and I may need to put this offer out there a few times, depending on when you all may be around. I want to take you fishing! My first mate and I have a combined, well, let's just say, a lot of years on the water. I have a 27' fishing boat in Port Washington Harbor. I am reserving 4 five-hour outings for troops returning from Irag or Afghanistan plus one guest of their choice. Charter boats charge around $350 - $450 for an outing like this. I do not run a charter as a profession, but we keep up with any charter on the water. We'll do all the work and all you have to do is come and enjoy some time on the water.
