After speculation that the Crew had interest in trading for White Sox outfielder Jermaine Dye, the website DailySouthtown.com thinks the Cubs might be looking for a Dye job.

I sure hope this doesn't come to pass, because all of a sudden the '07 Cubs are looking like the '27 Yankees.  They're 31-15 since June 3rd, the best in baseball in that span.  So some Cubs fan with way too much time on his hands is presenting his list of 100 reasons why Chicago will win the NL Central.

I'll give you one reason they won't - their bullpen ERA is still 3.92 (18th in the bigs) and will eventually be called on to do yeoman's work that they may not be prepared for once the starting pitching (particularly Ted Lilly and Jason Marquis) comes back down to earth...which it will.  We hope.
