Mango BBQ Sauce

A sweet treat to add to your savory tailgate meats.

Preparation:

1 1/2 c ketchup
1 c pureed mango
3/4 c apple cider vinegar
1/3 c brown sugar
1 tsp liquid smoke
2 tbl molasses
Cracked black pepper

1. Combine ingredients in a saucepan.
2. Bring to a low boil. Turn down heat and bring to slow simmer. Cook for 30 minutes allowing flavors to develop
