The Brewers play 162 games a year. 81 of those games are played in Milwaukee at Miller Park. A majority of the opposing teams that come to town stay at the most regal hotel Wisconsin has to offer, The Pfister Hotel downtown. According to The Palm Beach Post, the Florida Marlins, along with other visiting teams, have to face the Brewers and a few home town haunters.
Home runs, Pfister haunt Marlins

Kudos to my colleague Juan Rodriguez for this line about tonight’s loss - It was a good thing the slide at Miller Park wasn’t made of wood. Otherwise, Bernie Brewer would still be picking out splinters.
Bernie is the mascot who rides down a plastic slide every time the Brewers go deep. Four home runs killed the Marlins - three served up by John Koronka, two hit by Prince Fielder. Enough to give the Marlins nightmares.
Speaking of which… They’ll leave Miller Park and he’d back to the Pfister Hotel.
True story: At least two pairs of Marlins players are sharing a room in Milwaukee because of their fear of ghosts. The Pfister Hotel is famous for its ghost stories and paranormal activity. And stories of other baseball players’ ghostly encounters there have made there way around clubhouses.
When he was with the Dodgers, Seattle slugger Adrian Beltre once slept with a bat for protection after he said he had a brush with a ghost in his room at the Pfister.
One of the most popular sightings by guests is the ghost of Charles Pfister, the owner when the hotel opened in 1893, overlooking the ornate lobby from the grand staircase.
Before Tuesday’s game, Marlins players didn’t report any ghosts Monday night but most players had fun with it.
Pitchers Josh Johnson and Dan Meyer have separate but adjoining rooms. “Every time there was a noice, JJ would yell, ‘It’s the ghosts,’’’ Meyer said.
“I heard a couple of noises,’’ Chris Volstad said with a laugh, “but I just closed my eyes.’’
Not everyone in baseball is laughing about the Pfister’s haunts.
Twins center fielder Carlos Gomez was spooked last June when his iPod, sitting on a table in his room, kept vibrating after he’d turned it off several times.
Beltre, now with Seattle, was playing for the Dodgers when he had his scare. The Dodgers no longer stay at the Pfister or at The Vinoy in St. Petersburg, Fla.
The Marlins will stay at the Vinoy the weekend of June 26.

I was just there, and I think I saw Charles on the 6th floor at 1:30 a.m.

Would anyone please enlighten me as to why Garut was not bunting? Rookie pinch-hitter, tying run on first with no out and the big bats coming up, plus they were lucky not to get doubled up. Is there a reason like Garut can't bunt or what am I missing here?
