The Journal Sentinel says Wisconsin Motorsports owes NASCAR almost $2 million and an unspecified amount to the Indy Racing League. The track's promoter says he knew he'd be short of money and that he would need to find investors. The group took over the facility in February.
The State Fair Park oval is the country's oldest racetrack. It is 106 years old, and it held it's first race in 1903. |
