A newspaper report from Green Bay: Brett Favre is back!

The most beloved Packer, perhaps the greatest QB the sport has ever seen, is returning to the game he loves.

APRIL

FOOL!!!!

That prank pulled by the student newspaper at UW-Green Bay for its "April Fools Edition."

The fictional story said he would play the 2008 campaign, and it got students going nuts.

Dan Whelan, the paper's editor, called it a well-timed joke and said it simply got people talking.
