My boy and I really liked the Bradley Center stop of Star Wars In Concert.   If you missed it, Star Wars In Concert is a live orchestra and chorus playing the music of Star Wars with a giant HD video board playing scenes from the six movies synched up to the score.  It's been around the globe to rave reviews.  This blogger gives you a pretty good review with pictures from the Vancouver performance. 

I went to the afternoon show and something odd happened.  Turns out, it happened in the evening show too.  A quick check of the googles shows it's been happening at almost every stop.  During the encore playing of Vader's Theme the crowd went nuts when the video screen, which for the encore was showing the orchestra,  zoomed in on the triangle player.  Check out the video below at about :48 in..

 No doubt she did a good job, but why the crowd reaction?  Perhaps it's because she's cute.  Perhaps it's because finally the little guy (or gal) gets her moment.  Not sure but bloggers and reviewers around the country are taking note that it's happening.  Her smile was priceless.
