"Favre's the MVP and Ted Thompson is an idiot, a moron and an assclown"..

By John Jagler

"Favre's the MVP and Ted Thompson is an idiot, a moron and an assclown"..  The words of FoxSports.com columnist Jason Whitlock.  I present this column to you without comment... but feel free to comment below.

For what it's worth, Jason Whitlock is a bit of a tool.  He was on the Favre Hatin' Bandwagon earlier.  Take a look at this column he wrote earler this year about #4.

I agree with Laurie who wrote, "The best way to support the Packers now is to lobby for TT and MM's dismissal. Until that happens I am no longer a Packer fan." Well, I am still a Packers fan, but there's nothing wrong with hoping that the Packers flop big-time this year and that house is cleaned of MM and TT. I'm a fan of the USA, too, but that doesn't mean I want Obama to get re-elected. It's because I love America that Obama should be voted out of office.

The Packers are 4-4. They've lost twice, and soundly at that, to the Vikings and the 40 year old QB our GM, Ted Thompson ran out of town. There is no use crying over spilled milk, but the fact remains - Favre can still play and Thompson was an idiot for running him out of town. Maybe if Thompson would have tried to surround Favre with players like he has in Minnesota as hard as he tried to run Favre out of town, we'd be 7-1 and not 4-4 after a loss to the worst team in teh league.

I'm tired of everyone harping on Brett's arrogance, at least his performance gives him the right to brag and expect respect. Old TT has always come off as arrogant, always thinking he is the smartest in the room by taking players or in his eyes sleepers that other GMs just can't see our future stars. Well, those other GM's are laughing now watching TT's choices just bottom out. And yes Michels. Larrivee. Butler, drink the TT kool-ade, they're not that stupid-they just know who truly pays them.

I loved the Whitlock column the other day when I read it. E-mailed it to every sorry Packer fan that is still supporting their "team." The best way to support the Packers now is to lobby for TT and MM's dismissal. Until that happens I am no longer a Packer fan. But I am enjoying cheering for Favre and the Vikings this year. Plain and simple--TT and MM have got to go.

The proof is, as they say, in da pudding, and right now the Packers have dished out big bowls of brown pudding----an' I don't mean chocolate. I think these Packers fans attack Favre so bitterly because their team sucks so bad! I FEEL TRULY SORRY FOR YOU LOSERS. Your team is, like, NOWHERESVILLE, DADDIO! Whhhaaaaaaaa!

The church should make Favre a saint NOW! Brett Favre for ruler of the world! Brett is everything, nothing else matters. I'm sure that St. Brett can cure all that ails you, just kneel before him and kiss his ring and all will be well. Ask St. Brett for world peace and it shall be done. St. Brett never has and never will do anything wrong. Yes it's the fault of...everyone else. Because, well, it's Brett Favre and we all know that he could never, ever do anything wrong. He's St. Brett Favre.

I think Ted Thompson got what he deserved. Favre reminded me of Rocky; coming off the canvas and delivering a knockout punch. The game is played on the field, not in the pressbox. Favre has the heart of a champion.

People, people,...BF retired the first time for one simple reason and one reason only..to get to where he is right now and at the same time make TT look like the bad guy -- I am not a TT apologist nor a fan of his overall. The Packers were seconds away from taking off to go pick him up for his triumphant return and once again he called them and said that, yes, for the umpteenth time, "I have changed my mind once again and am staying retired. MM and TT were just tired of his BS - END OF STORY!!

Harry has a GREAT point. Despite not getting Moss or any other free agent help, Favre was one drive away from going to the Super Bowl and threw a pick. One thing is clear.. there is nobody wearing a white hat in this mess. Nobody.

NOWHERE-NFL included.Anyone who thinks otherwise is an idiot-try it at your job. 4.He chose to go to NY. 5.He chose to screw the Jets over too.NY fans have a beef here too. 6.This year and his performance changes nothing

The only point of agreement I have with the article is that Favre did engineer his way out of GB-he had become "Brett and the GB Packers" and when it became apparent that he was not indeed in charge he worked his way out by being the petulant baby that I'm afraid he is. TT has accountibility fir some bad early picks and letting the O line disentigrate but not Favre

WTMJ is as complicit in the Favre fiasco as anyone. All you company clowns, including Michaels and Wayne L, were dumping on Brett when many of us knew Terrible Ted was no doubt the problem. When Favre retired the first time most of you said it was providential, that the guy couldn't play any more and could not physically survive another season. You guys are even DUMBER than TT, because you drank his dang Kool-Aid and followed this moronic pied piper off the cliff. NOW IT'S TIME TO SUFFER!!!!!!!!

Packer fans are in for another long stretch like the one between Bart Starr and Brett Favre. I was sad that Brett left the Packers now I'm glad because if he were still behind that O line he'd be dead. At 40 years old all those hits would be devastating. At lease we still get to watch him play on a decent team and cheer him on to victory.
