Have you ever tried coaching football to kids this young?  It's like herding cats.  Sometimes it's like playing electric football.. you physically have to pick up some players and put them where they belong, only to have no idea where they'll go when the game starts.  Do you have any idea how many things have to go right to get the result in that video?  What a blast..
