Why did they put up a statue of Milwaukee Alderman Bob Donovan?

This statue is bronze coool but the debate is red hot.  Who does the Fonzie statue look like.  Some say it doesn't look like the Fonz.  We took suggestions all morning on WMN and this was the top choice....  Milwaukee Alderman Bob Donovan....  WE TALKED TO FIGHTIN BOB ABOUT IT..
