Last summer, topless photographs of two Bothell High School cheerleaders circulated among students - especially the football players. When the school found out about it, they suspended the two girls from the team (one for 30 days, one for the entire school year). No one else at school was disciplined.
The parents of the two girls have now sued the Northshore School District in the State of Washington challenging the suspensions.
Later today, we'll talk about whether a lawsuit is the way to go in a case like this?
