If you have a felony,
you can still VOTE!

If you have a felony, you can vote!

Contrary to popular belief, the ONLY people in California that CANNOT vote are persons who are ON PATROL or in a STATE penitentiary.

You can look it up for yourself, simply google:  League of Women Voters vs. McPherson.

Due to this ruling, 145,000 disenfranchised citizens who once believed that their voting privilege was halted due to a felony, can participate in this year's election.

The vast majority of the disenfranchised were men of color.  So listen up guys, get out there, register, and VOTE for Obama.  Get the forms at your local post office and fill it out right there and mail it.  Do it in one step!
