What is it about Liberal politicians--- that they suffer from delusions of grandeur?

First Barack said of his nomination that: “we will be able to look back and tell our children that this was the moment when we began to provide care for the sick and good jobs to the jobless; this was the moment when the rise of the oceans began to slow and our planet began to heal; this was the moment when we ended a war and secured our nation and restored our image as the last, best hope on earth…” Wow. That's real lions lying down with lambs stuff.

Now we have Representative Pelosi saying she is trying to save the planet? Who are these people?  Why can’t Democrats just cut my taxes and be done with it?

This is what happens when you don’t pay attention in church.

Whenever I hear politicians in all their hubris, writing checks that their rhetoric can't cash, I am drawn back to the book of books… the wisdom of God… The Bible.
