Did You Know: When Jon started his radio career he worked at a radio station with turntables, but no one knew how to use them.

Jon got the radio bug very early in life. He started radio in high school at a station that broadcast as far as the school's halls. His career took him through upstate New York and eventually back to his home town, Chicago.  Jon worked at both WMAQ and WBBM. Eventually, he saw the light and started his career at WTMJ.

After he was an Anchor/Reporter and Assignment Editor for the station, Jon was named News Director in 2006.  Jon is responsible for the station's on-air news product as well as the news portion of www.620wtmj.com. 

Jon is married.  He and his wife are proud owners of a miniature dachshund.
