Donald J. Moore has over 20 years experience in the Milwaukee real estate market as both an appraiser and broker. He is a graduate of the Real Estate Program at the University of Wisconsin-Madison having graduated with distinction in 1986 with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Administration. He is a Certified General Appraiser in Wisconsin (No. 92) and holds the prestigious MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute in Chicago. He is also a licensed Real Estate Broker in Wisconsin. 

For the past six years Mr. Moore has been President of Houses.com, Inc. where he has brokered the sale and/or purchase of over 500 properties to clients in SE Wisconsin. During his career, Mr. Moore has appraised and/or sold literally thousands of properties for varying purposes including commercial, residential, industrial and institutional types. While at Houses.com, Mr. Moore pioneered the use of streaming video tours, on-line appraisals and fee-based real estate services. His articles have been published nationally in Valuation Insights and Perspectives and The Communicator, appraisal industry journals. He has also been a guest on Wisconsin Public Radio.
