Dan Kyle

Sports Anchor
Residence: Milwaukee
Joined WTMJ: 1997

Background:   Dan was born in the Land of Lincoln and one year later moved to Wisconsin. With a little intervention, Dan forgot what he knew about the Bears, Bulls, Cubs and White Sox, allowing him to soak up as much knowledge as he could about the Packers, Brewers, Bucks, and Badgers.

Dan was raised in Wind Lake pretending to be David Whitehurst or Lynn Dickey throwing TD's for the Packers, practicing the swings of Paul Molitor, Robin Yount and Cecil Cooper for Bambi's Bombers and Harvey's Wallbangers, and hitting jumpers for Nellie's teams.

Dan graduated from Muskego High School and has been working in radio for the past 12 years. Before joining WTMJ, Dan worked at WIIL/WLIP Kenosha, KFIZ/WFON Fond du Lac, WIXX Green Bay, KCRR Waterloo, Iowa, and 94.5 WKTI in Milwaukee.

Passionate is a great way to describe the way Dan feels about sports - watching, reporting and playing. Dan enjoys golfing, playing baseball, and tennis in his free time. Dan also enjoys renovating his house and spending time with his family.
