Behold: The Packers' New Alternate Jersey

This is a replica of the Packers' jerseys from 1929, the year they won their very first NFL Championship.  Team President Mark Murphy says the 2010 Packers will wear them once or twice next season.

    One word!!!AWSOME!!! its about time!! Can't wait to pick one up!!! I want to be at the game or games that they decide to wear them. The players of the 1929 Championship team would be proud.. 3 cheers for the Packer organization!!

    What idiot thought fans wanted to see this old retro stuff? If they keep insisting on bringing this stuff back let's try leather helmets, THAT would be exciting. The uniforms are as exciting as the Goodyear blimp showing the top of a domed stadium.

    Love the look! Take the stripes off the helmets and pants and the look will be complete. These jerseys will be worn all over the country. Mark Murphy paves the way for next season's road to the Super Bowl!!!

    Tim - I agree, if this Jersey is available at retail it will sell like crazy - I do not understand the negative remarks - some people just do not like change or variety - I wish they were available NOW!!!!!

    This is baseball season. How about supporting the Brewers? I am sick of hearing about football. I swear that the local press thinks the Packers are the only sports team in the state.

    I too am sick of hearing about football this time of the year. Its baseball season. This information could come out closer to training camp in July.

    If you baseball fans are so upset about this blog - why are you on here - there are countless baseball bolgs all over the place - I too get excited about baseball and the Brewers now - until the All-Star break when they are 12 games out and going no-where once again. GO PACK GO!!!!!

    I think they're pretty cool. I can't wait to see some cards out with the guys in these. Seriously, guys, I'm as excited about the Brewers as you are, but I don't look to post things about them on a blog about Packers jerseys.
