I'm starting to wonder: is Bud Selig handling the public relations for the Neumann campaign?
This story (Via Boots and Sabers) about his campaign stop in West Bend doesn't bode well.
Neumann hasn’t been in contact with anyone at the Washington County GOP for months and then shows up unannounced and complains about the lack of support? So what has Neumann accomplished? He got a story in the paper, but managed to tick off a lot of the GOP loyalists in West Bend in the process. Not a good move.

Wow - Walker must be a real threat to the DEMS, since they're starting early with the character assassinations

Matt and P. Keating... My respect for Mr. Neumann is dwindling rapidly. He should get the f to steppin like alot of us said on day uno. He's becoming a joke. If you two morons wanna call Walker a prick and a 'mancrush' knock yourselves the hell out. He's now at the point of crushing Neumann before it's anywhere near the primary. So keep pissin into the wind fellas, cause your boy is goin down, and I'm gettin happier by the day because of it..

Ok, here is my response to Peter, running does not make you credible, if so, I would file today. Neumann had almost a dozen years to get his message out, and never did. He dropped off the map. So, if he is so great, why did he not stay engaged and keep working toward helping us. Lots of our politicians are small business people, he could have done both.

Mark Neumann wants to debate Scott Walker cause Mark aint got money. Its like me telling my congressman I'm running against you in the primary, but can I carpool with you 'cause I aint got the money, oh, can you pay for my lunch too? Mark's got to go and raise the money and go to the Lincoln Day dinners and other party functions. He thinks he is owed, not Walker.

I presume Scott "Mancrush" Walker squealed when you told him about this completely unreliable bit of gossip. Giggle on girls.

John Gault: Don't speak about credibility until you can credibly state what office Mr. Neumann is running for. He's running for governor. Get a newspaper. Observer: Scott hardly showed up and exchanged niceties with the "Green Team". Scott Walker is a total prick. And talk about entitlement - Scott thinks he is owed the governorship this year. Why do you think Walker has been avoiding having any semblance of democratic debate with Neumann? What a chicken.

Mark *Green* would make a better candidate for the Senate. Mark *Neumann* should go back to the private sector.

Bingo. Mark seems to have forgot the way to win a campaign, show up and work all the time. He seems to think he is owed or is taking a short cut to gain visibility at the expense of the party. Either way, it shows he is unable to gain traction to run for Senator.

Scott Walker faced a similar situation in 2005. Mark Green was better organized and financed and had locked down many of the key party players. But Scott Walker didn't whine and complain and threaten people. He showed up at events that were clearly pro-Green with and offered people firm handshake and a friendly smile. Mark Neumann acts like he's owed and he clearly doesn't want to do the hard work.

Mr. Neumann could not even be a credible candidate for Senate.

As long as Neumann is pro-ethanol, he is nothing more than an obstacle in Walker's path. Mark, time to bow-out gracefully.

Well, there is an effective use of a candidates time. He just comes out looking petty. Time to go, mark.
