Not only timely and topical, but genuinely funny. And unlike the last time they hit him hard, this attack comes from the right. Who knew they had it in ‘em?

It amazes me that SNL sees whats going on, yet the liberals act like its still November 2008 when Obama still had high approval ratings. NOT ANYMORE!!! This was a great skit!
Very funny! And so unexpected from these folks. So, leftists actually DO understand what's going on. That was the most surprising thing to me about the sketch-the accuracy.
I think the BO impersonater is getting better, with his "ahs" and his emphasis on the last syllable of every word, especially at the end of every phrase and sentence.
SNL has really been the only one of the comedians going after The Messiah. Remember Spring 2008 with the debate between BHO and Hillary skit? Letterman and others are/were afraid to go after him either for fear of being labeled racist or to protect him from any scrutiny (re: CNN's fact check). Not only that, SNL is pretty close to getting their facts right in these skits. Maybe Lorne Michaels and Fred Armisen should be worried about an IRS audit and FBI background check.

Well, what do you know? SNL has rediscovered the power of comedy, especially when it lampoons those who are in power. It sure beats their previous role as sycophants, fearful of saying a discouraging word about our POTUS for fear of not being PC.
