Essentially the same, but not the same. The Taxpayer Alliance hammered those how for years proved that when you combined taxes and fees, Wisconsin is about middle of the pack with the rest of the nation. Fees didn't count we were told.

A $.75 phone tax I'd imagine would impact more than .1% of Wisconsinites. So in one example, I already proved they are lieing. And I haven't even touched on all the other tax (oops, I mean fee) increases included in this disaster of a budget.

A "fee" isn't a "tax" (although in these instances it is), and they are completely leaving out how our property TAXES are going to go up, with the cut in shared revenues and the removal of the QEO.
