Badger Blogger continues to examine MPS's spending follies. This one beggars the imagination: $27,144.00 to purchase… iPod’s.

The apparent explanation:

 

 The iPods were used as incentives to encourage students to sign up for and attend school breakfast programs. At a certain of participation, MPS became eligible for additional federal or state funds
