...involves charges thgat she cut funding for special needs kids. It is utterly bogus. But that hasn't stopped some MMSM folks (and lefty hate-bloggers) from flogging the story.
So the Netroots and CNN allege that Palin cut special needs funding by 62 percent, by crediting her with the budget proposed by a political opponent. And the truth is that rather than a 62 percent cut, she's actually increasing special needs funding by 175 percent.
It's no wonder a majority of Americans think the media is trying to hurt Palin.

Tim. Before you rail against WEAC and teachers, perhaps you should work on your own basic spelling. "to a state employee then to the kids" It's THAN, not then. "opponets" You probably mean OPPONENTS "the DEMS has always.." That would be the Democrats HAVE always..(not that it is true, but that is another matter) Basic spelling and grammar would be a good first step in making an argument.

As a parent that knows more then I would like to know about special need funding,can say to you that just dealing with the state,the Dems has always cut funding and would rather the money go to a state employee then to the kids.Our case worker gets over 75.00 per hour and for 3 hours per month,to count our kids hour for the month.When trying to start a special school for Autisic kids,the biggest opponets were the dems and WEAC.When I see the left doing this,I say "sorry gotta call Bull...."
