The ACLU has gone to federal court and filed a lawsuit against Governor Scott Walker and his administration for their mandating of permits for any demonstrations inside the state capital building. They claim their freedom of speech rights have been infringed upon in the wake of these new permitting procedures. Do you agree with them?
