Rep. Ribble's "No Budget, No Pay" Plan
WI Congressman Reid Ribble discusses his "No Budget, No Paycheck" proposal, now being taken up by the House of Representatives, that would put congressional compensation in an escrow account until a federal budget has been passed. The original idea belongs to Ribble and now he will see it finally put to a vote.
