You Can't Spend Your Way Out Of Violence
Thanks to an in depth investigation by CNN, we have learned the city of Chicago tried to buy its way out of its violence problem and, not surprisingly, it failed miserably. By using millions of state taxpayer dollars, the politicians thought throwing money at the city's crime and violence would be the most effective method to fight this battle.
