Stop if you've heard this before, but video has surfaced of VP Joe Biden lying during a campaign speech last month. While addressing a crowd at Ohio University, he opined about the days when he played for the University of Delaware and the Blue Hens defeated the Ohio University Bobcats. The problem with his anecdote, however, is that he never played college football!
