Chief Flynn Discusses Death In Police Custody
Milwaukee Police Chief Ed Flynn discusses the investigation that has been reopened into the death of a suspect while being detained in the backseat of a squad car last year. Chief Flynn also comments on this week's announcement by Milwaukee County Executive Chris Abele that his department will be taking over various jurisdictions from the County Sheriff's Department.
