"Obama Stash" Utility Scam Hits Wisconsin
What was once a localized scam in Georgia, has now crept its way across the country and even popped up here in Wisconsin. The idea that people can obtain an "Obama Stimulus Voucher" to pay for their utilities is spreading like wildfire. Why is this? What has made people so much more gullible now to fall for these scams than, seemingly, ever before?
