Wanggaard Recount Allows for Teachable Moment
It is highly unlikely that State Sen. Van Wanggaard will be able to overcome the current vote deficit to John Lehman in a recount. The question at this point, however, is should state Republicans push for a recount in an effort to use it as a teachable moment to all of those who refuse to admit voter fraud and other irregularities occurred? There might be a bigger point that can be made in a recount even if the seat cannot be won back for Wanggaard.
