Barrett's Bargaining Wish Comes True!
At Insight 2011 earlier in the week, Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett had some very clear comments on the union battle in Madison. He called for a separation of the collective bargaining change from the rest of the budget repair bill and, just a couple days later, gets his wish!
