Big Investigation: "Kurt" claims MPD took a while to responde to north side shooting
"Kurt" talked to John Mercure with Wisconsin's Afternoon News about the shooting Thursday evening on Milwaukee's north side. He says he works in that area and heard five gun shots around 6pm and claims that cops didn't attempt to come in the Midtown Auto & Metal Recycling building.
