Big Investigation: Milwaukee Police Association and Alderman Donovan talks about slow response times
Mike Crivello of the Milwaukee Police Association talked to Wisconsin's Afternoon News with John Mercure to discuss why police response times are so slow. Crivello says he isn't sure why Police Chief Ed Flynn is pushing for more officers. Meanwhile Alderman Bob Donovan believes that if there were more police officers, it would make a "phenominal difference."
