Wrong way driver arrested on I-94
MILWAUKEE – Police have arrested a woman from Hales Corners after she allegedly drove the wrong way down the Interstate.
The car was first spotted Saturday morning on I-94 near the Marquette Interchange. Deputies were finally able to catch up to the driver at I-94 and Edgerton. Police said 33-year-old Alicia Sulok had been driving the wrong way for about six miles.
When police asked Sulok if she had ever been arrested for drunk driving before, she responded by saying, “No, this is my first time.”
Sulok told deputies she had been drinking at Hotel Foster before getting behind the wheel. She was taken into custody and is awaiting charges.
