Wis. woman deeply intoxicated at time of death
GALLOWAY, Wis. (AP) -- Marathon County authorities say a woman who was found dead in a truck last month had a blood-alcohol level nearly five times the legal limit to drive.
A WAOW-TV report says
Cynthia Lozier's blood-alcohol content was 0.396 percent. The legal limit for driving is 0.08 percent.
Sheriff Scott Parks says other prescription medication and illegal drugs were also found in her system. He says an investigation and autopsy did not indicate foul play.
The 43-year-old Lozier was found dead in a semi truck Nov. 21 near Galloway. Parks says she and her boyfriend had been hauling a load when they arrived home about 4 a.m.
Lozier's boyfriend found her unresponsive in the truck's sleeper compartment and called 911.
