Waukesha man arrested for 7th DUI

MILWAUKEE -- Milwaukee County sheriff's deputies arrested a Waukesha man Saturday night for his seventh DUI.

Kevin R. Tarbox, 42, of Waukesha, said he drank a beer five hours prior at a bar in Bay View, but could not remember the name. Police said he blew a .14 BAC.

Officials said Tarbox was speeding, driving erratically, deviating into the distress lane and changing lanes without signaling on I-894 southbound near Coldspring Road.

Tarbox's previous convictions were in April 1994, November 1995, May 1996, January 2006, September 2009, and November 2011.

If convicted, Tarbox faces up to 10 years in prison.
