MADISON - Big turnover is underway in Madison. By January of 2015, 106 of the 132 lawmakers in their posts in 2010 will have left their elected positions.
The Journal Sentinel reports that's the biggest change in leaders since a five year stretch between 1970 and 1975.
Political analysts blame redistricting, an aging group of politicians, and a changing political landscape for the rapid changes.
