Three Waukesha teens arrested following string of burglaries

WAUKESHA -- Three Waukesha teenagers have been arrested following a string of home burglaries.

Harley McKay,18, Colin Hoya, 18 and Jonathan Lilteich, 17, all of Waukesha, are accused of stealing guns and other items from five homes.

According to the Waukesha Police Department, the burglaries were committed on the south side of the city, which included several occupied residences where homeowners were sleeping.  
 
Officers said they have recovered the majority of the items taken in the burglaries.
 

Officials said multiple charges were referred to the Waukesha County District Attorney’s Office including:  Burglary (multiple counts), Attempted Burglary, Armed Burglary, Felon in Use of Oleoresin Device, and Felon in Possession of a Firearm.
