TSA pre-check program expands to Dulles
WASHINGTON, D.C. -- The TSA is expanding its pre-check program.
An application center is now open at Washington Dulles International Airport in Virginia.
The program, launched in Indianapolis in December, allows travelers to speed through security lines without taking off their shoes and coats. It costs $85 and you have to apply in person at one of the centers.
Right now only four are open nationwide. No word yet on exactly when an application center will open at Milwaukee's Mitchell International Airport.
