Suspect in fatal Chicago carjacking arrested in Milwaukee
MILWAUKEE - The suspect wanted in a string of Chicago carjackings, including one that killed an 11-year-old boy, has been arrested in Milwaukee, the U.S. Marshals Service confirmed Tuesday.
Rockie Douglas was arrested at a McDonald's drive-thru Tuesday morning, near Teutonia and Villard. Douglas at first tried to use a woman in his car as a shield, but then gave up without a struggle, law enforcement officials say.
Douglas has been wanted since Saturday, when he started a carjacking spree, taking at least three vehicles, according to the Chicago Tribune.
