Today is the first day of spring!

One of the things we typically do as we move toward summer is move away from winter's comfort foods and begin eating a little lighter.
Jan Kelly, a chef and owner of Meritage, 5921 W Vliet St., joins Live at Noon to offer some tips on getting the most out of what your picking up from your local farmer's markets, as well as some recipes of her own.
Kelly will be hosting a cooking demonstration at the 2014 REALTORS Home & Garden Show March 21-30.
