MILWAUKEE - It's hard to miss the Fiesta Garibaldi Chicken Palace at 20th and Forest Home.

On a visit last week a City of Milwaukee inspector wrote up 14 different problems and issued a fine of $107.
Those violations included an employee's plate of food sitting on the cutting board, raw chorizo stored over tubs of cooked beans, the ice machine had mold build-up, and two sinks did not have paper towels.
When we stopped by to ask how conditions in the kitchen got so bad the guy fixing the door refused to let us inside.
Another spot with problems is 3 Hermanos is at 13th and Lincoln.
It had 10 violations and a $107 fine for problems like filthy soda guns, no soap at a sink, and three pans of meat being used past its expiration date.
Keeping it clean this week is the Bay Street Pub. Health inspectors found the restaurant in Bay View was spotless in the kitchen.
