Sheriff Clarke speaks on gun rights at CPAC
NATIONAL HARBOR, MD. -- Milwaukee County Sheriff David Clarke made a splash on a national stage on Saturday, speaking about citizens' rights to carry guns.
A Journal Sentinel report says Clarke was speaking as part of a panel at the Conservative Political Action Conference on Saturday.
During the panel, Clarke defended the 2nd Amendment, saying in part that the amendment is what "will keep this country free."
David Clarke was oined on the panel with Emily Miller of the Washington Times, Chris Cox from NRA, and former US Representative from Florida Sandy Adams.
