Sen. Ron Johnson joined Charlie Sykes today to discuss the militant group ISIS. Johnson's comments came after President Barack Obama said his administration does not yet have a strategy for dealing with the organization.
"This is a moment where the American people and the world need the commander in chief to articulate a strategy," Johnson said.
Johnson called ISIS a 'gathering storm.'
