WAUKESHA -- Schools will be especially interested in the upcoming forecast.

On Monday, wind chills are expected to drop as low as 40-degrees below zero in some areas. In Waukesha, school officials will decide on possible closings or delays on Sunday night at the earliest.

They say a sustained wind chill of 30-below tends to be their benchmark.
