SAN FRANCISCO, CA – A hotel in San Francisco is showing off a gingerbread house big enough to live in.

It took a culinary team around 600 hours to bake the gingerbread before construction even began. Building the house took crews an additional 500 hours.

They used 7500 gingerbread bricks and 1600 pounds of icing to build the two-story house.

The 22-foot-tall gingerbread house will be on display at the Fairmont Hotel until Jan. 1.
