Rep. Paul Ryan joined Charlie Sykes today to discuss his new book, "The Way Forward: Renewing the American Idea."
The duo also talked about inversions, when U.S. businesses buy foreign companies and reincorporate outside the U.S. to avoid paying U.S. taxes.
