Rep. Bill Kramer charged with two counts of 2nd degree sexual assault
WAUKESHA – It has been a rough March for Representative Bill Kramer. First, a woman had accused him of groping her at a fundraiser in Washington, DC.
Now a second woman has come forward, accusing Kramer of molesting her outside a bar in Muskego in 2011.
The criminal complaint said Kramer was "really drunk and was sloppy, stumbling, louder and more obnoxious than usual."
The woman said Kramer followed her to her car, "forcibly kissed her on the mouth with his tongue... put his hands up her shirt and grabbed her breasts."
She claimed to have told him "no and don't". But he "grabbed her breasts under her shirt again".
Kramer allegedly said "i want to get in your pants". And "I know you want it too."
Court documents show Kramer had told police "I am sure I put my hands somewhere, I do not know where". Concluding ,"I have been turned down a lot."
TODAY’S TMJ4 wanted to talk to Kramer and get his side of the story, but no one was home.
