Racine police make arrest in weekend homicide

RACINE -- Racine police have made an arrest in the fatal shooting of a 21-year-old Kenosha man.
Dulonden Ratliff was shot around 1 a.m. Saturday during a night out near the intersection of Main and 3rd Streets. He was transported to an area hospital and later died from his injuries.
Police said they arrested Christopher S. Brown, 23, of Racine Monday afternoon. Brown faces possible charges of 1st degree reckless homicide and two counts of 1st degree recklessly endangering safety.
The investigation is ongoing.
