$11,000 offered for information in case of Waukesha man killed in St. Louis
ST. LOUIS - The reward for information leading to an arrest in the murder of a Waukesha man now stands at $11,000 dollars.
Nicholas Kapusniak was shot and killed Saturday in St. Louis.
The 20-year-old was attending college there to become a pharmacist.
Police say Kapusniak was shot and killed during a drive-by shooting as he stood with friends at a backyard party.
Father Tony Zimmer is the family's pastor at St. Anthony's on the Lake in Pewaukee, he said the family is overcome with grief in the death of their son.
"Nobody expects to get a knock at the door in the middle of the night to let them know their son was murdered." Zimmer said.
Kapusniak was a 2011 graduate of Catholic Memorial in Waukesha.
Nick's parents said their son will be buried at a family plot in Saratoga Springs, New York.
Several memorial services are in the process of being made.
They will take place in New York State, St. Louis and Pewaukee.
